Crew Leaders

Students that demonstrate great leadership potential have an opportunity to earn positions of prestige and responsibility within the program. Crew Leaders are High School students who have earned a part time job working as assistant instructors with program activities.  They help plan and lead initiatives, trips, and other aspects of programming.

For many students, this is a first paid work experience. They learn workforce related skills and responsibilities such as keeping, signing and turning in time sheets, calling in when sick/unable to work and contributing their input and ideas to make programming better.
